Password Folder 1.0b - Khoá thư mục nhanh gọn

Password Folder (PF) là chương trình khoá thư mục rất nhanh và gọn gàng. Không giống với những chương trình khác hay khoá bằng cách giấu thư mục hoặc phải làm qua nhiều thao tác, PF chỉ cần 2 cú nhấp chuột là... hết mở.

Thư mục sao khi bị khoá bằng PF vẫn hiện diện nhưng thật ra nó đã bị “đóng”, chỉ khi nào nhập đúng mật khẩu mới mở ra được (công việc này cũng chỉ cần 2 cú nhắp chuột nữa mà thôi).

Chương trình hoàn toàn miễn phí, tương thích mọi Windows, tải tại http://passwordfolder.altervista.org...older_v10b.exe, dung lượng 436,32KB.

Sau khi tải về bạn giải nén vào một thư mục và chạy file cài đặt chương trình. Khi cài đặt xong, PF sẽ tự động tích hợp vào menu ngữ cảnh với một mục là Lock.

Để khoá thư mục, bạn chỉ cần mở Windows Explorer, bấm chuột phải vào thư mục cần khoá và chọn Lock là xong. Nếu muốn mở lại thư mục đó, bạn cũng làm tương tự nhưng chọn mục là Unlock.

Mật khẩu mặc định để mở khoá là admin. Để an toàn, sau khi cài đặt xong PF, bạn đổi mật khẩu khác bằng cách mở tuỳ chọn của PF từ menu Start-Programs-Password Folder-Change Password, nhập mật khẩu cũ (admin) vào hộp Old Password, mật khẩu mới vào hai hộp New Password và Confirm Password rồi OK là xong.

Trong hệ điều hành Windows XP theo mặc định thì thường không thể nhìn thấy những thư mục có thuộc tính ẩn (Hidden). Tuy nhiên cách này rất dễ bị phát hiện nên độ an toàn không cao.

Vậy thì tốt nhất bạn nên nhờ My Secret Folder làm hộ giùm bạn. Nó sẽ làm cho hệ điều hành không thể nhìn thấy được thư mục mà bạn chỉ định và đặc biệt hơn nó có thể đặt password cho một thư mục.

Sau khi cài đặt xong, chương trình sẽ hiện bảng thông báo yêu cầu bạn nhập mật khẩu. Bạn nhấn nút Browse và chọn thư mục muốn bảo vệ.

My Secret Folder còn cung cấp cho chúng ta hai tuỳ chọn:

Hide the folder: Thư mục cần bảo vệ sẽ trở nên vô hình trong Windows Explorer.

Lock the folder with password: Thư mục cần bảo vệ sẽ không ẩn đi mà vẫn đứng “hiên ngang“ đấy. Tuy nhiên chương trình sẽ tạo một mật khẩu để không ai có thể xem nội dung ngoài trừ bạn.

Sau cùng bạn chỉ việc nhấn nút Protect mà thôi. Và tốt nhất là bạn đánh dấu chọn tại mục Protect the folder automatically at Windows startup để chương trình có thể làm việc và chạy nền ngay khi vào màn hình Windows.


Lưu ý: Bạn hãy chép hết những dữ liệu vào trong một thư mục và dùng My Secret Folder thiết lập chế độ bảo vệ thư mục đó, như thế sẽ đơn giản và nhẹ nhàng hơn.
